1. Scope and responsibility

LongArena, Inc. is responsible for the corporate-website activities described here. Our company mailing address and contact details appear below. This policy does not replace a product-specific privacy notice, a customer data-processing agreement, or the policies of separately operated websites.

SalesNail, SalesTouch, linked partner sites and social networks may have different operators, hosting locations and data practices. Follow the notice shown in the service you use. The public research pages describe their own evidence boundaries; they do not expose a raw classroom dataset.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide: your email address when joining the waitlist; your name, company, role, contact details and message if you email us or contact us about a demonstration, consulting engagement or research collaboration. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or confidential customer records through a general inquiry.
• Technical information: our hosting and security infrastructure may record IP addresses, requested URLs, access times, referring pages, browser or device information, and request or error details to deliver and protect the website.
• Request and consent records: information needed to process a signup, prevent abuse, record your choices and respond to a privacy request, including the signup language and submission or consent timestamps.

We receive this information directly from you and from your browser's interaction with our website and hosting infrastructure. We do not ask for payment information on this corporate website.

3. How we use information

• Deliver the website and its public research materials, investigate errors, and prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
• Respond to inquiries, arrange requested demonstrations or consultations, and administer research collaboration correspondence.
• Process the ShenYu 2.0 waitlist and contact you about the early access you requested.
• Maintain consent and request records, meet applicable legal obligations, and establish or protect legal rights.

A waitlist signup is not permission for unrelated promotional campaigns. You can ask us to stop early-access messages at any time.

4. When we disclose information

• Personnel and service providers: people and providers supporting hosting, infrastructure security, email delivery and inquiry administration, to perform those functions. The international website and waitlist use Microsoft Azure infrastructure. The waitlist sends an internal alert containing the submitted email to demo@long-arena.com, as stated in the signup form.
• At your direction: when you ask us to introduce you to a partner or otherwise authorize a disclosure.
• Legal and safety purposes: when necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful requests or legal process, or protect people, the website and legal rights.
• Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

We do not sell personal information collected through this corporate website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising pixels on these corporate pages.

5. Cookies, tracking and browser signals

The corporate pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies and do not embed third-party behavioral advertising trackers. Basic server logs are distinct from cookies. Linked product services, LinkedIn and other external destinations have their own cookie and tracking practices once you visit them.

We do not track your activity across third-party websites on these corporate pages. Because this website does not perform that tracking, it does not change its behavior in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal. Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out signals are honored where applicable; no sale or cross-context advertising sharing occurs here to opt out of.

6. ShenYu 2.0 waitlist and retention

The signup form requires an affirmative consent checkbox. Your email is stored in the international Course service and an internal alert, including your email, is sent to demo@long-arena.com solely to handle ShenYu 2.0 early access. The waitlist email is kept for up to 12 months. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by emailing demo@long-arena.com, or by contacting the corporate address below.

For other inquiries and technical records, we retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, taking into account the nature of the inquiry, security needs and applicable legal requirements. If a legal obligation or dispute requires limited records to be retained, we restrict their use to that purpose. Backup copies may persist until the applicable backup cycle expires.

7. International processing and security

We work through a globally distributed team and service providers. Website, email and waitlist information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our personnel or providers operate, including through the internal long-arena.com email channel identified above. A U.S. company mailing address does not mean that all data stays in the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a cross-border transfer, we use the safeguards required for that transfer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, email channel or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected privacy or security issue through our corporate contact; do not include passwords or secret keys in the report.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you supplied, obtain a copy where applicable, withdraw waitlist consent, or stop optional communications. Residents of U.S. states and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under the laws that apply to their information, such as portability, restriction, objection, an authorized-agent request or an appeal of a denied request. Rights and exceptions depend on the applicable law; this notice does not assert that every state privacy statute applies to this company.

Email demo@longarena.ai with the subject “Privacy request,” or write to the mailing address below. Describe the request and the email address used to contact us. We may reasonably verify your identity and an agent's authority before acting; we will not ask for your account password. We respond within the time required by applicable law, explain any denial and, where an appeal right applies, accept an appeal through the same contact with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We do not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator or state attorney general. For a product account or information managed by your employer or instructor, use the relevant service's privacy channel or contact the organization controlling that account.

9. Children

This corporate website and its waitlist are intended for adult business and research contacts, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these channels. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Any education product involving minors requires its own applicable arrangements; this website notice is not school or parental consent.

10. Changes to this policy

We post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we provide an additional notice where required, such as a prominent website notice or an email to affected contacts. If a new use requires consent under applicable law, we obtain that consent before the new use.
