1. Website terms and separate agreements

By using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

These Terms are not a product subscription, software license or consulting statement of work. SalesNail and SalesTouch accounts, paid services, pilots, customer data processing and partner engagements are governed by the agreements presented and accepted for the relevant service. A signed agreement or applicable service-specific agreement controls over these website Terms for that engagement. Links to a service do not change its operator or contract.

2. Eligibility and business authority

Website inquiry and waitlist channels are intended for people aged 18 or older, or the age of legal majority where they reside. If you act for a company or other organization, you must have authority to make the request or commitment you submit. Provide accurate contact information and do not impersonate another person or organization.

3. What we offer and how purchases work

LongArena combines B2B sales transformation consulting with AI products, including sales simulation and team rehearsal through SalesNail and sales execution and enablement through SalesTouch. This corporate website presents information and lets you request contact; it does not itself accept payments or create an order.

Before a paid engagement, the relevant proposal, order form or checkout must specify the contracting provider, scope, price, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any renewal, cancellation or refund terms. No fee, automatic renewal or payment authorization arises from browsing this website or joining its waitlist. Ask demo@longarena.ai about the terms of a proposed engagement. Applicable statutory refund or cancellation rights remain unaffected.

4. Early access and product announcements

A ShenYu 2.0 waitlist signup requests early-access contact only. It is free and is not a purchase, guaranteed place, guaranteed delivery date or promise of any specific feature. Announced plans, timing and availability may change. Any actual early-access program will have its own participation terms before you join. You may withdraw waitlist consent as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully, to defraud or harass others, or to infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass authentication or technical safeguards, distribute malware, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure.
• Send spam, misleading inquiries or confidential data you are not authorized to disclose.
• Scrape restricted information, evade rate limits or robots directives, or present public materials as a license to private product, customer or classroom data.
• Misrepresent an affiliation, endorsement, certification or product outcome.

Reasonable access to public pages by search engines and AI agents is permitted subject to applicable law, robots directives, service capacity and the rights in the content. Machine-readable discovery files do not authorize account access or business writes.

6. Content and intellectual property

Website text, designs, software and other materials are owned by LongArena or their respective licensors and rights holders. You may view, download and share public materials for lawful informational purposes, with attribution and intact notices, subject to any document-specific license or stated restriction. This does not grant a license to resell the materials, modify and redistribute protected works, use restricted datasets, or use trademarks to imply endorsement.

LongArena, SalesNail and SalesTouch identify our company and product brands. Third-party logos, names, images and research sources remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply an endorsement. Notify us of a suspected infringement with the relevant page, the rights claimed and your contact information.

7. Inquiries and feedback

Send only information you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in your inquiry and supporting materials; you permit us to use them as needed to respond to and administer your request, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate confidentiality agreement. General inquiries do not create a professional advisory relationship or a confidentiality agreement. Please arrange an appropriate agreement before sending confidential business materials.

8. Third-party sites and tools

Links to product services, LinkedIn, partner sites, app stores and other resources are provided for convenience. Their own agreements and privacy notices apply. We do not control third-party sites or guarantee their availability, security, content or performance. Public Investor MCP and research resources may state additional methodology, access and licensing rules.

9. Research, AI and outcome limitations

Public content is for general business and research information, not legal, tax, banking, investment or other regulated professional advice. Research findings reflect their stated sources, methods, dates and limitations and are not promises about your business. AI-generated materials may contain errors and require human review.

Simulation timing describes a learning experience, not the time needed to close a live deal. We do not guarantee sales results, financing, bank-account approval or eligibility for a third-party service. Company information on this website does not replace independent due diligence.

10. Availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the corporate website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We may correct content or interrupt access for maintenance or security. These disclaimers do not override express commitments in a separate agreement or mandatory legal protections.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LongArena is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, arising from use of or inability to use this corporate website. Our aggregate liability under these website Terms is limited to US $100. This website-only limit does not govern liabilities under a separate paid-service or signed agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or statutory remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the extent legally allowed.

12. Governing law and disputes

These website Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your jurisdiction applies. Contact us first to try to resolve a concern in good faith. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes under these website Terms may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Delaware. Nothing here prevents a complaint to a regulator or the exercise of a non-waivable consumer right. These website Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

13. Changes, restrictions and general provisions

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes receive additional notice where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently amend an existing signed or product agreement; we seek a new acceptance where required by law.

We may restrict website access reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security threat or a violation of these Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the referenced Privacy Policy describe the corporate-website relationship only.
